Term 4 Blog Prompt #1 Ideal school

The ideal school is one which has a conducive environment,exemplary teachers, and also uses a wide range of technology to teach our curriculum. As only with a coducive environment, along with those excellent teacher would one be able to receive the best education. As well as the use of technology, so that students would be more IT equipped for the future.

The ideal school would be one with a coductive environment. This would be a school with classrooms that are clean and quiet. Along with classmates who are as focused and attentive of the subjects. With such an environment, it would create a very conducive environment to focus and learn. Along with no noice distractions and a clean and hygenic atmosphere to study, one would definately excel with such an environment to study. Therefore, an ideal school would be one with a conducive environment.

Secondly, an ideal school would be one that has exemplary teachers. For example, an exemplary teacher is one that is qualified to teacher, has a great understanding of the topic, and that they are passionate and caring towards the students. Teachers primary role is to teach the students well, and to do so, they must have a good understanding of the topic, and be qualified enough to teach well. They also have to be passionate about the subject, so that they could keep on learning more and develop an even greater knowledge of the subject. Also, they must care for the students and help them when they are facing difficulties. With such teachers, students would definately be able to cope with the subjects, and would also be able to learn the subject better. Therefore, exemplary teachers is one of the criteria in an ideal school.

Finally, an ideal school would be one that is equipped with a wide range of technology usage. This can be like using computers to teach with powerpoint, or using the internet as a source of learning. A good example would be Hwa Chong Instituition. In Hwa Chong, in has implemented the Online lesson schedule, whereby students would be given a task to complete online within the timespan. This allowed students to use the internet as a learning platform, and with so much information on the internet, it allows students to have a wide range of knowledge. It also extends the learning experience outside of the classroom, which is beneficial as students would be able to have different forms of learning. Therefore, this would be important in an ideal school.

To conclude, an ideal school would be one that has a conducive environment for learning, have exemplary teachers and a wide usage of IT technology. With such a school, students would then be able to focus, and have a good education.
