So, why do I think that the man would not be eaten and would be married to the woman that the King's daughter hated.Well, that is because I think that the King's daughter would not be so cruel to allow her lover to die. Although she was jeolous and did not want the man to leave her, she had to, so I think she would pick the best among the two options for the man.
I also think that the King's daughter could find another man so there was no need to kill her lover. If she had actually waved to the door with the lion in it , she would feel sad and guilty everyday as she had killed the man who loved her all her life.
